The Rainy Day

Last night we went to our friends house for an Ethiopian potluck. I made a chicken dish and beets and they were pretty tasty too. Of course, out kids wouldn't venture far from the BBQ. It was a nice time with other families that have adopted from ET. It was perfect timing for us to talk to some other adoptive families. The process is getting quite frustrating for us at this point in the wait. We had reassurance from the guests that they would be praying extra viligantly for us to get the call for our soon. It will happen, but it sure would be nice to be praying for one special little boy. I have visions of little boys in my mind often, a lot of them look similar, but which one is "the one" that will be come our son.....
